In the making: Recycled Cast Aluminum is aluminum that has been melted down from its previous state and poured into molds, giving these repurposed materials a new life.
This process is done by sand casting parts of the statue at a time. This form of statue making is rustic, allowing variation that gives it distinct character and an antique look (which is the look we prefer!). Many molds are used to complete 1 item, and then those pieces are spot welded together to form one beautiful statue.
Once the statue has been finished, we hand-paint these pieces on-site! The final step is to seal the item using a high-quality automotive clear coat, which adds protection and a beautiful high-shine finish.
